The Hawaii Trip
It was far away, but we all got closer. As they said in the Old Country, the whole mishpocha gathered, including Glasha’s mother, Elina, and Alaska Great Uncle Mark and Great Aunt Carol.
We celebrated Alli and Nate’s 35th birthdays, Jay’s 70th, Henry and Alli’s 10th wedding anniversary, the 4th and 6th birthdays of Abe and Auggie, and, of course, the arrival of our newest family member, Altai.
The one in the middle is a shortbill spearfish. The shorter ones are pug-nosed Weiners.

Abe, Alli, Mark, Carol, Jay, Auggie, Ann. Henry, Elina, Altai, Glasha, and Nate ... the entire Juergens-Marcon-Filippova-Weiner-Withrow tribe.
